Nathalie Métais is an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar since January 1993.

She holds a Master’s degree in Foreign Trade Law (Paris I Sorbonne) and an LLM in International Commercial Law (University of Kent at Canterbury).

She began her career at SCP COUTARD & Associés, then at ANDERSEN LEGAL as Manager in the Corporate M&A department.

She then joined Karen AZRAN at the law firm A&A, where she became a partner in 2010.

A specialist in corporate law, Nathalie Métais assists and advises her clients whether they are setting up a company, taking over an existing business or selling it, as well as throughout the life of the company, in particular by drafting various commercial contracts.

Nathalie Métais also provides expertise in commercial lease relations for the establishment or renewal of leases and in the management of lease disputes. She is involved in transactions relating to the acquisition of lease rights, whether or not concurrent with a business transfer, as well as the transfer of civil clientele.

Nathalie Métais regularly appears before commercial courts in all types of commercial litigation and in cases involving corporate difficulties.
