Karen Azran has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1994.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Law and Taxation from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University – Clifford Chance.
She worked as an associate and then partner at Coutard & Associés, where she headed the Employment Law Department, before co-founding A&A Associés, which she managed for over twenty years.
Karen Azran specializes in labor law. She assists and advises employers on HR strategy (reorganizations, change management, drafting collective agreements and individual contracts) and in the management of labor disputes (individual and collective disputes, termination of employment contracts, non-competition, etc.).
She also assists companies in social security litigation: URSSAF inspections, workplace accidents, gross negligence, and inspections initiated by the DRIEETS (Regional Directorate for Employment, Social Security, and Social Cohesion).
She has developed particular expertise in outsourced HR support and regularly works with human resources departments.
