Beatriz de SILVA was called to the Paris Bar in 1995.

She graduated from ESSEC Business School in 1991.

She has an MBA from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (COPPEAD, Brazil)

Beatriz de SILVA works in commercial litigation and arbitration (particularly post-acquisition litigation). She also contributes to white-collar criminal law (defending and assisting companies and company directors).

Finally, she is also involved in intellectual property (legal counsel and litigation). She has been a partner with LUSSAN since 2002.
