Mathilde THIBAULT is an attorney admitted to the Paris Bar since January 2020.

She holds a Master 2 in Company and Business Law-DJCE (University of Poitiers). 

She advises and litigates in commercial and digital law. She has developed a specific expertise in e-commerce (consumer law, sales promotion, privacy policy, general terms and conditions, controls of French Economic Authority, etc.), with specific knowledge in tourism law.  

She joined LUSSAN at the same time as Emmanuelle BEHR, in January 2022, and has been her associate since the beginning of her activity.
